prepare for your first day
- New Students please arrive 20 minutes early
- All classes are 90 minutes.
- Wear very light workout clothing. The room is heated, so be prepared to sweat!
- Come well hydrated and on an empty stomach. We recommend not eating heavy meals 2-3 hours before class.
- For each class you will need a mat, one large towel, and a bottle of water. Consider bringing an extra towel if you plan to shower after class. All of these items are available for rent or purchase at the studio.
- Classes begin promptly, the instructor will lock the front door when class begins.
- The studio has showers and changing rooms for your convenience.
